be heard in Charlotte on New Life 91.9, WMIT (106.9 The Light), WHVN (1240 AM),and
WORDNet (AM 1540). In Gastonia, he's on the new Z-Monster, WZRH (960 AM). In
Winston-Salem, hear him on Joy FM (89.5). In Raleigh, he is on HIS Radio (WRTP)
with Mark Parker every Friday afternoon.
| The former president of Montreat College Dr. John Lindberg is under investigation for inappropriate e-mail correspondence with a Statesville girl. Lindberg, who was president of the school near Asheville for nearly a year, resigned from his post June 16 citing personal reasons. The juvenile alleges she was contacted via the Internet and asked to meet at a motel. Through preliminary investigation, law enforcement officers concluded that the e-mail address used to correspond with the Statesville girl was indeed Lindberg’s, according to Statesville police chief Stephen Hampton. Statesville and Buncombe police went to Lindberg’s Montreat home June 24 with a search warrant and seized six CDs and a laptop for further examination.
